Colombian restaurants were managing shifts in group chats and payroll by hand. After user interviews across Bogotá, we shipped a full scheduling + payroll product on Bubble.io in under 3 months.
Overtime, night surcharges, Sunday premiums, configurable tip distribution — every edge case handled and spec'd before a line of code was written.
At 1,300 users, 95% retention, and a $300K seed offer on the table, we accepted an acquisition from POS provider Bibisoft — who saw Cronos as the missing workforce layer for their restaurant clients.

I'm JP — a product builder, ex-founder, and NYU Stern Tech MBA. I co-founded Cronos, a shift scheduling and payroll platform for Colombia's restaurant industry, and took it from zero to acquisition in 18 months.
Before that, I spent 4 years at Synapse, an infrastructure fintech, where I grew from sales to a leadership role in the customer growth organization — managing enterprise LATAM bank accounts and building the internal processes (CRDs, NPS systems, QBRs) that connected customer needs to the product roadmap.
I'm Colombian, based in New York, and I believe the best products come from deep user empathy and a bias toward resolving the area of highest risk first. Outside of work, I'm a trained cook, play guitar, shoot on Fujifilm, and always have a book going.
